Our Printing Methods

We select the best method for your design — no upsell, no guesswork:

• DTF (Direct to Film) — Full-color, high-detail prints including photos, gradients, and complex artwork. Soft to the touch and built to last.
• HTV (Heat Transfer Vinyl) — Clean, bold designs with solid colors and sharp edges. Great for names, logos, and text-based designs.
• Sublimation — All-over prints that cover the shirt from seam to seam. Ideal for photo collages, sports jerseys, and statement pieces.

• Starting at $25 for front-only designs and $28 for front and back
• Extended sizes (2X–5X): $28 (front only) / $32 (front and back)
• Standard turnaround: 7–10 business days. Large or bulk orders may require additional time. Turnaround will be confirmed based on order quantity.
• Rush processing may be available for an additional fee. Contact us before placing your order if you need expedited service.
• We ship nationwide via USPS or UPS, and offer local pickup in the Rock Hill / Fort Mill area.

3. Add to cart and complete checkout — we'll review your order and reach out if we need anything before we begin.
4. Design proofs — when design approval is required, we'll send a proof before production begins. Simple or repeat orders may not require one. We'll contact you if clarification is needed.

A: When design approval is required, we'll send a digital proof before production begins. Simple or repeat orders may not require a proof. We'll always contact you if we need clarification on your design.

Q: What file formats work best for uploads?
A: High-resolution JPG or PNG files work best. The higher the resolution, the sharper the final print. We'll let you know if image quality may affect the result.

Q: Is there a minimum order quantity?
A: No minimum for standard custom shirts. For bulk orders, contact us for group pricing details.

Q: Do you offer plus sizes?
A: Yes — we go all the way up to 5X. Extended sizes (2X and up) are priced at $28 for front-only or $32 for front and back designs.

Q: Can I get matching shirts for kids too?

Q: What if my shirt arrives damaged or with a defect?
A: Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number sent to sales@lavishdesigns803.com.

A: Yes — we ship nationwide via USPS or UPS. We also offer local pickup for customers in the Rock Hill and Fort Mill area.
