Custom Order Policy
HOW IT WORKS
All orders are handmade and customized based on the customer’s request. The turnaround time for all items is up to 14 business days. Please note that during Holidays this lead time could increase. Rush processing can be added for an additional fee, please contact us to arrange this. Your projected completion date will be provided within 24 hours of receiving your order. We like to send updates of your order throughout the process, please make sure your desired method of contact is active and that it is okay to send pictures/videos of your orders progression.
Refund Policy
All sales are final.
Unfortunately, due to all items being customized or personal per customer request there are no returns accepted. Refunds are not applicable. We try to ensure complete satisfaction before, during and after the order process. Any special request, spelling issues and or design flaws should be acknowledged when updates are sent from the designer.
Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.
Please allow up to a week or so for processing and shipping of standard items and up to 14 business days for stainless steel tumblers, although items are usually shipped as soon as possible.
Please allow extra time for custom-made orders.
Shipping will be paid for by the buyer in the amount agreed upon by the seller at the time of purchase. If an item is lost during shipping, we'll do everything we can to resolve the situation. In many cases, that means sending a new product to the buyer at no additional cost. If an item is damaged during shipping the seller will not be held responsible, but we'll do our best to resolve the situation.
