Please double-check all personalization details, including names, dates, colors, and design requests before placing your order. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.


All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. Because all items are customized or personalized per customer request, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Refunds are not applicable.


Order Accuracy & Approval
We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction before, during, and after the order process. Design proofs or order updates are provided when applicable. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review and approve all details; including spelling, colors, sizes, and design elements before production begins.

Any special requests, spelling issues, or design changes must be acknowledged at the time updates are sent from the designer.


Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
Email sales@lavishdesigns803.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and work toward a resolution.
