✅ 1. ORDER CONFIRMATION POLICY

Lavish Designs by Jelisha, LLC — Order Confirmation Policy

When your order is placed, an automated confirmation email is sent to the email address used at checkout.
Please review this email carefully. It includes:

Item type (t-shirt, long sleeve, hoodie, crew neck, tumbler, etc.)

Color selected

Size(s)

Design placements (front only, front + back, sleeve, etc.)

Customization details (names, numbers, colors)

Total price paid

This confirmation serves as the FINAL approved order.
If corrections are needed, the customer must notify Lavish Designs within 4 hours of purchase.

After 4 hours:
✅ Changes may incur additional fees
✅ Production may have already begun
✅ The customer is responsible for any errors from incorrect selections

This policy protects both you as the buyer and Lavish Designs as the maker.

✅ 2. CUSTOMER AGREEMENT (Terms & Conditions for All Orders)

Lavish Designs by Jelisha, LLC — Customer Agreement

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

✅ Custom Work

All items are made to order. Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

✅ Color & Style Accuracy

The customer is responsible for selecting the correct item type (tee, hoodie, crew, long sleeve), color, and size during checkout. The order confirmation email reflects these selections.

If the customer selects the wrong option, Lavish Designs will remake the item, but:

The customer must pay the difference for upgrades (e.g., hoodie instead of tee)

Additional production time will apply

✅ Production Time

Standard production time is 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated.

✅ Rush Orders

Rush orders are accepted only when capacity allows and will include a rush fee (see Rush Policy below).

✅ No Returns on Custom Items

Due to the personalized nature of all products, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a proven defect or error on the part of Lavish Designs.

✅ Communication

All order communications must occur through the official business email, text, or website messaging system.

✅ 4. RUSH ORDER / URGENT DEADLINE POLICY

Lavish Designs by Jelisha, LLC — Rush Order Policy

Rush orders are any orders needed in less time than the standard production window of 3–7 business days.

✅ Rush fees apply as follows:

Same-day production: +$20 per item

Next-day production: +$15 per item

2–3 day production: +$10 per item

Large rush orders (15+ items): Flat fee starting at $40+ depending on volume

✅ Conditions

Rush orders may not be available during high-volume weeks (homecoming, senior nights, holidays, reunions, region championships).
Rush fees are non-refundable.

✅ Customer Responsibility

The customer must check their order confirmation email. Mistakes from incorrect item selection are not eligible for free remakes under rush deadlines.

✅ Delivery / Pickup

If delivery is required, a delivery fee will apply depending on distance.
